Comprehensive Physical Exam Review

Course Description:
This one-day workshop provides a review of core physical examination techniques from head to toe (excluding breast and genital exams). Participants will become skilled in performing core physical exam maneuvers on the adult client and use the correct terminology to report normal findings.
*Based on Bates Guide to Physical Examination

Objectives:
–Review the core components of the physical exam
–Review and perfect techniques and maneuvers essential to the basic physical exam
–Review physical exam finding terminology
–Identify and articulate expected normal findings
–Practice opportunity with feedback from instructor
